Job summary

EY in the US is seeking a Manager-level ServiceNow Security Operations consultant to help clients design, architect, and implement SecOps solutions and integrate them with SIEM, SOAR, EDR and vulnerability scanners.

You will lead end-to-end projects, mentor teams, and support business development while working in a hybrid, client-facing environment across industries to mature security operations and cyber risk programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with relevant work experience.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps, IRM, or Security GRC.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills in security consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment end-to-end.
• Coach and develop onshore/offshore teams and manage client relationships.
• Support proposals, pricing estimates, and statements of work.
