Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations consultant/manager to help clients design, architect, and implement SecOps solutions. The role focuses on leading end-to-end projects, growing teams, and supporting business development across multiple clients in the cybersecurity space.

The successful candidate will bring functional cyber knowledge and platform expertise, with strong emphasis on client interactions, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement within a global, multi-disciplinary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or related field with 5 years’ experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps/IRM/GRC.
• Master’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience is acceptable.
• Certification from ServiceNow (CSA) and training in Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment across end-to-end projects.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams and coach onshore and offshore members.
• Support business development from proposals to pricing estimates and SOWs.
• Oversee day-to-day project execution and client interactions.
• Provide guidance on security operations, risk programs, and integration with SIEM/SOX/IR tooling.
