Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to help clients design, build, and deploy SecOps solutions, guiding teams across onshore and offshore, and driving security operation maturity. You will lead end-to-end projects, mentor team members, and partner with clients to mature security programs across industries.

Crucial qualifications include a CS/IS/Cybersecurity/Engineering background with 5+ years in ServiceNow SecOps, CSA certification, and strong collaboration across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Cybersecurity/Business/Engineering plus 5 years in ServiceNow SecOps/IRM/IRMs.
• Master’s degree plus 4 years in ServiceNow SecOps/IRM.
• ServiceNow CSA certification with Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response training.
• Experience leading a team to implement ServiceNow SecOps with integrations (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, threat intel).
• Exposure to cybersecurity and GRC principles including incident response, vulnerability management, and threat intel.
• Experience in design/architecture/implementation of security operations supported by security tech.
• Familiarity with Office products, data analytics, and visualization.
• Knowledge of recent ServiceNow releases and functionality.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build and deployment.
• Manage end-to-end projects and develop team members.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity and other competencies to mature security operations.
• Support business development including proposals and pricing estimates.
• Deliver client presentations and demonstrations of ServiceNow SecOps.
• Coach onshore and offshore teams and drive high-quality deliverables.
• Ensure project risk management and client communications are effective.
