Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, build, and deployment of SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, manage end-to-end engagements, and drive security operations maturity across client environments.

You will collaborate with cyber risk teams, leverage ServiceNow capabilities (IR, Vulnerability, Configuration Compliance, Threat Intelligence), and contribute to business development while nurturing client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or related field; 5+ years implementing ServiceNow SecOps/Security GRC/IRM.
• Master’s degree in related field; 4+ years implementing SecOps/IRM.
• ServiceNow CSA certification + Security Incident/Response or Vulnerability Response training.
• Experience leading a team to implement SecOps with system integrations (SIEM/SOAR/EDR).
• Familiarity with security frameworks and governance concepts; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and architect ServiceNow SecOps initiatives for clients from scoping to deployment.
• Design engineering solutions and integrations with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and vulnerability scanners.
• Manage end-to-end projects, mentor juniors, and support business development.
• Proactively engage with clients and EY teams to deliver high-quality security operations.
• Travel to client sites as required and contribute to proposals and SOWs.
