Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, build, and deployment of SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will guide end-to-end projects, mentor onshore and offshore teams, and collaborate with Cybersecurity and other domains to mature clients' security operations and risk programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field with required experience in SecOps or IRM.
• CSA certification or Security Incident Response/Vulnerability Response training is preferred.
• Experience leading ServiceNow SecOps deployments with integrations to SIEM/SOAR/EDR.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps projects including architecture and deployment.
• Mentor and coach onshore and offshore team members.
• Support business development: proposals, pricing estimates, and client relationships.
• Ensure delivery quality and risk management across engagements.
