Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager-level ServiceNow Security Operations consultant to design, build, and deploy SecOps solutions. You will lead end-to-end projects, coach onshore and offshore teams, and drive security operations maturity for clients across industries.

You will advise on SecOps best practices, SIEM/SOAR integrations, and ongoing post-go-live support while contributing to business development and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred with relevant SecOps experience.
• Certification from ServiceNow (CSA) and Security Incident Response/Vulnerability Response training is preferred.
• Experience leading a team to implement SecOps with integrations (SIEM, SOAR, EDR).

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build and deployment efforts.
• Oversee end-to-end projects and mentor junior consultants.
• Partner with clients to mature security operations and cyber risk programs.
• Support business development, proposals and client presentations.
