Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager-level ServiceNow Security Operations consultant to design, deliver, and optimize SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will guide architecture, lead end-to-end projects, and mentor teams across onshore and offshore locations.

You will work within EY’s Cybersecurity practice to mature clients’ security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management programs, leveraging ServiceNow and related security tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of SecOps/IRM experience, or Master’s with 4 years.
• Certification: ServiceNow CSA and training in Sec/IR/IRM is preferred.
• Experience leading a team to implement ServiceNow SecOps with integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build and deployment end-to-end.
• Coach onshore and offshore team members and support business development.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and present solutions.
• Deliver high-quality client services while managing risk and budgets.
