Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager-level ServiceNow Security Operations architect to design, build, and deploy SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will lead end-to-end projects, mentor teams, and drive business development to grow EY’s SecOps offerings.

You will collaborate with Cybersecurity and other competencies across global teams, leveraging ServiceNow capabilities such as security incident response, vulnerability response, and configuration compliance to optimize clients' cyber risk programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of ServiceNow SecOps/IRM experience.
• Master’s degree in related field plus 4 years of experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps/IRM.
• ServiceNow CSA certification and training for Security Incident Response/Threat Intelligence recommended.
• Experience leading teams in Security Operations integrations with SIEM/SOAR/EDR.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment for client projects.
• Mentor and coach onshore/offshore team members and support business development activities.
• Engage with clients to understand needs, deliver proposals, and build relationships for future work.
• Ensure delivery quality, risk management, and adherence to budget and timelines.
