Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations consultant at Manager level to lead architecture, design, and deployment across client engagements. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, integrate SecOps with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and vulnerability scanners, and drive value through strong client relationships.

You will also mentor colleagues, contribute to proposals, and help shape security programs that mature client cyber risk postures.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of SecOps implementation.
• Master’s degree with 4+ years of SecOps experience is acceptable.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is required.
• Experience leading a security operations program and integrations with SIEM, SOAR, EDR.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps projects and deployments.
• Architect and design SecOps solutions for complex client environments.
• Coach and develop onshore and offshore team members.
• Support business development activities including proposals and client relationships.
• Deliver client presentations and demonstrations of ServiceNow SecOps capabilities.
