EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to guide architecture, design, and deployment of SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and shape how clients automate security operations and manage cyber risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a related field with 4–5+ years Implementing ServiceNow SecOps/IRM.
• CSA certification and training in Security Incident Response or Vulnerability Response are preferred.
• Experience leading a consulting team and client engagements across security domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, architecture, build and deployment of ServiceNow SecOps projects.
• Coach and mentor onshore/offshore team members and drive business development activities.
• Manage client communications, proposals, statements of work, and price estimates.
• Demonstrate SecOps capabilities, integrations with SIEM/SOAR/EDR, and risk remediation workflows.
• Deliver high-quality work within time and budget constraints.
