Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) Manager to lead architecture, design, build, and deployment of SecOps solutions for clients across industries. The role includes directing end-to-end projects, mentoring team members, and collaborating with Cybersecurity and other EY competencies to mature clients' security operations and risk programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps, Security GRC, or IRM solutions (or 4 years with a Master's).
• Certification from ServiceNow as CSA and training for Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response preferred.
• Experience leading a team to implement ServiceNow SecOps with integrations (SIEM, SOAR, EDR).

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment across end-to-end projects.
• Manage and coach onshore and offshore resources; develop team members' skills.
• Support business development, including proposals, pricing estimates, and client relationships.
• Deliver client presentations and demonstrations of ServiceNow SecOps solutions.
• Ensure delivery quality, risk management, and alignment with client objectives.
