Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, build, and deployment of SecOps solutions, guiding end-to-end projects and mentoring team members. You will collaborate with Cybersecurity and other disciplines to mature security operations and cyber risk programs, integrating with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and vulnerability management to deliver actionable insights for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps or related risk programs.
• CSA certification with Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response training preferred.
• Experience leading a team and integrating with SIEM/SOAR.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment across complex client projects.
• Provide end-to-end project leadership and mentorship for onshore/offshore teams.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity and other competencies to mature security operations and cyber risk programs.
• Oversee client engagements, proposals, and development of scope and pricing where applicable.
• Advise on best practices for SecOps, architecture, and technology integrations (SIEM, SOAR, EDR).
