Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, build, and deployment of SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will guide cross-functional teams, mentor consultants, and drive end-to-end delivery in a hybrid, client-facing environment.

You will develop capabilities in incident response, vulnerability management, configuration compliance, and threat intelligence within ServiceNow, while contributing to business development and client workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field (optional)
• Certification from ServiceNow as CSA and related Security Incident Response/Vulnerability Response certifications.
• Experience leading a team to implement ServiceNow SecOps with integrations (SIEM, SOAR, EDR)
• Familiarity with security frameworks and governance concepts (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF).

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment across client engagements.
• Manage end-to-end projects and mentor onshore/offshore team members.
• Develop resources and support business development activities including proposals and client relationships.
• Deliver client presentations and demonstrations of ServiceNow SecOps capabilities.
• Ensure delivery quality, risk management, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
