EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to architect, design, build, and deploy SecOps solutions for clients across industries. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, coach staff, and drive end-to-end program delivery while enabling business development and thoughtful risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or related field and 5 years of SecOps implementation experience.
• Master’s degree in related field and 4 years of experience.
• Certification from ServiceNow (CSA) and training in Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, and deployment.
• Develop and coach team members (onshore and offshore).
• Support business development: respond to proposals, write SOWs and pricing.
• Oversee day-to-day project delivery and client interactions.
• Ensure engagement quality, risk management, and budget adherence.
