Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, and deployment of SecOps capabilities for diverse clients. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, guide best practices, and mentor staff while collaborating with clients to mature security operations and risk programs.

The role involves delivering end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps solutions, managing risk, and supporting business development in a global consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years implementing ServiceNow SecOps, Security GRC, or IRM solutions/use cases.
• Master’s degree plus 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Certification from ServiceNow (CSA) and related Security Incident Response/IRR certifications.
• Experience leading a team implementing ServiceNow SecOps with integrations to SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and scanners.
• Exposure to cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment end-to-end projects.
• Coach and develop both onshore and offshore team members.
• Support business development, proposals, and client relationships.
