Job summary

Global Technical Talent seeks a ServiceNow Developer (Software Asset Management) to support an enterprise SBOM governance initiative. You will configure, develop, and enhance SAM Pro capabilities, including discovery, CMDB relationships, software normalization, and integrations with various inventory sources.

This role requires strong SAM Pro experience and hands-on ServiceNow development within an enterprise setting. The contract spans 14 months with a pay rate of $80.00–$89.66 per hour (USD).

Qualifications

• 5 years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• 3 years with ServiceNow SAM Pro.
• Strong JavaScript development within the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with Discovery and CMDB data management.
• Knowledge of software entitlements, licensing metrics and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SAM Pro solutions in ServiceNow.
• Support SBOM data management and open-source governance processes.
• Maintain software normalization, models, and content services.
• Develop workflows, automations, and integrations via Integration Hub.
• Support reconciliation, entitlement management, and compliance tasks.
• Collaborate with CMDB/Discovery/Asset teams for license visibility.
• Integrate with software inventory sources and endpoints.
• Develop business rules and custom applications as needed.
• Participate in design, testing, deployment, and support.
• Create technical docs and knowledge transfer materials.
