Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• At least three years of hands-on SAM Pro experience.
• CAD and CSA credentials required.
• Experience in a large financial institution is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Design, configure, and implement SAM Pro within ServiceNow.
• Support SBOM data management and open-source governance.
• Configure software normalization, models, and content services.
• Develop workflows, automation, and Integrations Hub integrations.
• Support software reconciliation, entitlement, and compliance.
• Collaborate with CMDB/Discovery/Asset teams to improve license visibility.
• Maintain integrations with inventory sources and endpoint tools.
• Develop business rules, flows, and custom apps.
• Participate in design, testing, deployment, and support.
• Create technical docs and knowledge transfer materials.
