Job summary

First Citizens Bank seeks a skilled ServiceNow Developer with deep SAM Pro expertise to drive SBOM governance and software asset management at scale. You will configure, customize, and extend SAM capabilities, build integrations via Integration Hub, and ensure data quality across discovery, CMDB, and software reconciliation.

The role requires strong JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform, SBOM experience, and enterprise-grade SDLC practices within a financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience or HS diploma with 10+ years in systems engineering or similar.
• At least 5+ years in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Hands-on with ServiceNow SAM Pro and SBOM-related data management.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow SAM Pro solutions.
• Support SBOM data management and open-source governance processes.
• Configure software normalization, models, and content service workflows.
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow workflows, automation, and integrations with Integration Hub.
• Support software reconciliation, entitlement management, and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with CMDB, Discovery, and Asset teams to improve license visibility.
• Maintain integrations with software inventory sources and endpoints.
• Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.
