You will configure, develop, and enhance SAM Pro workflows, supporting integrations, normalization, discovery data quality, and compliance processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of systems engineering/programming experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years in systems engineering/programming.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow SAM Pro solutions.
• Support SBOM data management and open-source governance processes.
• Configure software normalization, models, and content service workflows.
• Develop and enhance SAM workflows, automation, and integrations using Integration Hub.
• Support software reconciliation, entitlement management, and software compliance activities.
• Collaborate with CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management teams to improve license visibility.
• Configure and maintain integrations with software inventory sources and endpoints.
• Develop and maintain business rules, flows, and scripted processes.
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and operations support.
• Create technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
