Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in systems engineering or 10 years with a GED equivalent.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• 3+ years with ServiceNow SAM Pro.
• Certifications: CAD and CSA (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow SAM Pro solutions.
• Support SBOM data management and open-source governance processes.
• Configure software normalization, models, and content service processes.
• Develop workflows, automation, and integrations via Integration Hub.
• Assure software reconciliation, entitlement management, and compliance.
