Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with deep experience in Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) to support SBOM governance and enterprise initiatives. You will configure, develop, and enhance SAM capabilities, while supporting integrations, software normalization, discovery data quality, and software compliance processes.

You will collaborate with CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management teams to improve license visibility, and you will help maintain integrations with software

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience or HS diploma with 10+ years in systems engineering/systems programming.
• Experience with enterprise ServiceNow deployments and IT asset management is preferred.
• Strong JavaScript development within ServiceNow platform and integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow SAM Pro solutions.
• Support SBOM data management and open-source governance processes.
• Configure software normalization, models, and content service workflows.
• Develop and enhance workflows, automation, and Integrations using Integration Hub.
• Support software reconciliation, entitlement management, and license visibility.
• Collaborate with CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management teams for data quality.
• Maintain integrations with software inventory sources and endpoint management.
• Develop business rules, flows, and custom apps when needed.
• Participate in design, testing, deployment, and operations support.
• Create technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
