- 8+ years related experience in service engineering or similar roles.
- Experience with automation, deployment, recovery, and resilience.

- Own product strategy, roadmap for ServiceNow-based solutions.
- Define architecture and platform strategy.
- Own integration and enterprise architecture patterns.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and operations in Agile/Scrum.
- Ensure quality, performance and reliability across releases.
