Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services seeks a Senior ServiceNow Platform Owner to lead architecture, design, and delivery of transformational platform implementations. You will own the platform roadmap and partner with IT leadership and business stakeholders to realize scalable, value-driven ServiceNow solutions.

This leadership role requires deep ServiceNow expertise across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and GRC, strong governance, and the ability to mentor delivery teams while driving adoption and measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer technology or related field.
• Eight+ years of ServiceNow platform expertise, with focus on architecture, implementation, and delivery.
• Proven experience across multiple ServiceNow product lines (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, FSO, SAM, etc.).
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and CMA certifications.
• Enterprise Architecture certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and implementation strategy; own the platform roadmap.
• Direct delivery teams on complex, multi-module implementations; ensure adherence to best practices and governance.
• Engage senior IT leadership and business stakeholders to define strategic platform vision and outcomes.
• Define scalable, secure architecture for modules, integrations, and custom apps.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to translate requirements into designs and user stories.
• Review designs, data models, and integration patterns for quality and compliance.
• Lead governance boards, project risk mitigation, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Mentor junior architects and delivery staff on best practices and methodologies.
