Job summary

ETHEREUM TECHNOLOGIES LLC seeks a ServiceNow Architect to lead the architectural design and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and CMDB. You will translate business needs into scalable, secure solutions and guide data model strategy in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

You will establish governance, oversee deployments, mentor developers, and stay current with ServiceNow releases and best practices to drive reliability and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CMDB).
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Act as primary technical liaison for ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and data model strategy.
• Establish and enforce platform governance, standards, and best practices.
• Oversee configuration, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow apps.
• Review and validate solutions to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Drive CMDB maturity, discovery, service mapping, and data quality initiatives.
• Architect integrations using MID Servers, APIs, and web services.
• Conduct performance reviews to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow teams.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and best practices.
