Job summary

You will own platform strategy, governance, and lifecycle decisions, influence engineering teams, and lead initiatives to optimize performance and spend while ensuring production readiness and disaster recovery resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent
• 8+ years related experience
• Strong automation experience related to deployment or recovery
• Experience with n-tier solutions
• Experience with resilience modeling and simulating outages
• Ability to translate customer/technical requirements into service architecture
• Experience leading backlog discussions and prioritization
• Ability to leverage data/metrics to drive decisions
• Strong root cause analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and development for ServiceNow
• Define Architecture & Platform Strategy
• Own Integration & Enterprise Architecture Patterns
• Enable application lifecycle decisions (rationalization, modernization, retirement)
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and operations using Agile/Scrum
• Establish Platform Governance & Engineering Standards
• Ensure Quality, Performance & Reliability while supporting delivery and continuous improvement
