Job summary

ASM Research, an Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to maintain the ServiceNow environment, manage upgrades, user provisioning, reporting and access controls to ensure optimal performance. The role includes Tier 1 incident support, collaboration with stakeholders, dashboards and data insights, and complex problem resolution.

A CSA certification and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 4–6 years IT experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 4–6 years in IT, systems administration or related field.
• ServiceNow CSA certification required; other certs optional.

Responsibilities

• Tier 1 support for ServiceNow incidents and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address system problems.
• Back up responses to user requests for upgrades and complex requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot integration issues (API’s, system accounts, certs, etc.).
• Manage dashboards and reports to provide insights into usage and performance.
• Support data-driven decision making.
