Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Tier 1 support of ServiceNow Incidents with issue identification and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address system problems.
• Back-up support for user requests, upgrades, or complex requests.
• Troubleshoot complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Resolve integration issues (system/service accounts, APIs, user management certs).
• Manage dashboards and reports to provide insights into platform usage, licenses, and performance.
• Support data-driven decision making.
