Job summary

ASM Research is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to maintain and optimize the ServiceNow environment, including upgrades, user provisioning, reporting, and access controls. You will collaborate with stakeholders and provide Tier 1 support for incidents.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field, 4–6 years IT experience, and a ServiceNow CSA certification. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is desired to develop and troubleshoot within the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of IT, systems administration, or related experience.
• ServiceNow CSA certification required; other certifications optional.

Responsibilities

• Tier 1 support for ServiceNow incidents and issue troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address system problems.
• Back up to respond to user requests for system needs and upgrades, including complex requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot integration issues (APIs, service accounts, certs, etc.).
• Manage dashboards and reports to provide insights into platform usage and performance.
• Support data-driven decision making.
