Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years in IT, systems administration or related field.
• ServiceNow CSA required; other certifications optional.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow administration and development; scripting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Tier 1 support of ServiceNow incidents, identifying issues and further troubleshooting.
• Collaboration with stakeholders to address system problems.
• Back-up to respond to user requests for system needs and upgrades.
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot integration issues such as system/service accounts, APIs, User Management Certs.
• Manage dashboards and reports to provide insights into platform usage, license allocations, and performance.
• Support data-driven decision making.
