Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to manage and maintain the ServiceNow environment for optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals. This role includes upgrades, provisioning, reporting, and problem resolution across ITSM, with collaboration across stakeholders.

The candidate should have a CSA certification, a Bachelor’s in IT/CS or equivalent experience, and 4–6 years in IT or systems administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in information technology, systems administration or other IT related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Required and other relevant certifications are optional.

Responsibilities

• Tier 1 support of ServiceNow Incidents, identifying issues and further troubleshooting efforts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address system problems.
• Serve as the back up to respond to user requests for system needs and upgrades or handles requests that are more complex.
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems in an efficient manner with little to no supervision.
• Troubleshoot integration issues such as system/service accounts, API’s, User Management Certs, etc.
• Manage Dashboards and reports to provide insights into platform usage, license allocations, and performance.
• Support data driven decision making.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field

4-6 years of experience in information technology, systems administration or other IT related field
