Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Tier 1 support of ServiceNow incidents and initial troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address system problems.
• Serve as back-up to respond to user requests for system needs/upgrades or complex requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot integration issues (APIs, system/service accounts, certs, etc).
• Manage dashboards and reports to provide insights into platform usage, licensing, and performance.
• Support data-driven decision making.
