Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to maintain and optimize the ServiceNow environment. You will handle upgrades, user provisioning, reporting, and security controls as part of daily operations.

The role requires a CSA certification, a 4–6 year IT background, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. You will collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot incidents, and develop dashboards to guide data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in information technology, systems administration or other IT related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Required and other relevant certifications are optional.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow administration and development; knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Responsibilities

• Tier 1 support of ServiceNow Platform Incidents, identifying issues and further troubleshooting efforts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address system problems.
• Back up to respond to user requests for system needs and upgrades or handle complex requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems with little to no supervision.
• Troubleshoot integration issues such as system/service accounts, APIs, User Management Certs, etc.
• Manage Dashboards and reports to provide insights into platform usage, license allocations, and performance.
• Support data driven decision making.
