Job summary

ASM Research is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including upgrades, user provisioning, reporting, and access controls. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders and tier 1 incident support.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, 4–6 years IT experience, and a ServiceNow CSA certification. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is preferred, with ITSM experience valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in information technology, systems administration or related IT field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; other certifications optional.

Responsibilities

• Tier 1 support of ServiceNow Platform Incidents and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address system problems.
• Back-up to respond to user requests for system needs and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot integration issues (system/service accounts, API’s, User Management Certs).
• Manage dashboards and reports to provide insights into platform usage and license allocations.
• Support data-driven decision making.
