The role emphasizes troubleshooting, dashboards, ITSM alignment, and collaboration with stakeholders to resolve incidents and optimize platform usage for data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in information technology, systems administration or other IT related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; other certifications optional.

Responsibilities

• Tier 1 support of ServiceNow incidents, identifying issues and further troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address system problems.
• Back-up to respond to user requests for system needs and upgrades or handle complex requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot integration issues such as system/service accounts, API’s, User Management Certs, etc.
• Manage dashboards and reports to provide insights into platform usage, license allocations, and performance.
• Support data driven decision making.
