Job summary

ASM Research, an Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform for optimal performance. Responsibilities include upgrades, user provisioning, reporting, access controls, and incident resolution.

You will provide Tier 1 support for platform incidents, collaborate with stakeholders, back up user requests, troubleshoot complex issues, manage integrations, dashboards, and support data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 4–6 years in IT, systems administration or related field.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is required; other certs optional.

Responsibilities

• Tier 1 support of ServiceNow incidents and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address system problems.
• Back up to respond to user requests for system needs and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot integration issues (system/service accounts, APIs, user management Certs).
• Manage dashboards and reports to provide platform usage insights and license allocations.
• Support data-driven decision making.
