Job summary

Presidio seeks a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, enhance, and support scalable capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. The role supports service delivery, engineering operations, and customer-facing teams within a domain-separated instance.

You will deliver hands-on development while contributing to solution design, troubleshooting, documentation, and mentoring junior developers as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Knowledge of ITOM capabilities and CMDB improvements.
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow enhancements across applications, workflows, forms, tables, scripts, portals, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Implement and support ITOM capabilities, including Event Management and CMDB improvements.
• Build and maintain workflow automation using Flow Designer and Workflow Studio.
• Develop and enhance Service Catalog and portal experiences to improve request intake and fulfillment efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into scalable designs aligned with security and maintainability.
• Support testing, reviews, release readiness, and post-deployment validation.
