Job summary

Presidio is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and support scalable platform enhancements within our Managed Services ServiceNow team. You will translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions, combining hands-on development with solution design, testing, and deployment.

The role emphasizes ITOM, CMDB, integrations, and portal experiences, requiring strong scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and knowledge of ITSM/ITOM processes. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of server-side and client-side scripting, Glide APIs, and ITOM/ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow enhancements across applications, workflows, forms, tables, scripts, portals, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Implement ITOM capabilities including Event Management, discovery-aligned CMDB improvements, and Service Mapping.
• Build and maintain workflow automation using Flow Designer and Workflow Studio; create business rules and UI policies.
• Develop Service Catalog and portal experiences to improve request intake and fulfillment visibility.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs following security and maintainability standards.
