Job summary

Presidio is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and support scalable capabilities on the ServiceNow platform within Presidio Managed Services. You will translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions and contribute to design, troubleshooting, documentation, and mentoring.

The role focuses on ITOM, workflow automation, integrations, and portal enhancements to improve service delivery and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on ServiceNow platform development, configuration, and administration.
• Strong knowledge of server-side and client-side scripting, Glide APIs, business rules, script includes, UI policies.
• Experience with ITSM and Service Catalog functionality including catalog items and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations, REST or SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, import sets, transform maps.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is required; US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow platform enhancements across applications, workflows, forms, tables, scripts, portals, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Implement and support ITOM capabilities, including Event Management, Discovery-aligned CMDB improvements, and Service Mapping support.
• Build and maintain workflow automation using Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, and related automation patterns.
• Develop and enhance Service Catalog and portal experiences to improve request intake and fulfillment efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs that align with platform standards and security requirements.
• Provide mentoring to junior developers and assist in testing, reviews, and release readiness.
