Job summary

Presidio is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and support scalable platform enhancements across ITSM, ITOM, and integrations. You will implement workflow automation, catalog and portal improvements, and complex integrations with REST/SOAP.

The role includes design, troubleshooting, and mentoring junior developers in a dynamic managed services environment. You will collaborate with platform admins, architects, and service leaders to ensure secure, maintainable solutions and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years hands-on ServiceNow development and administration in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of server-side and client-side scripting, Glide APIs, business rules, UI policies, and ACLs.
• Experience with ITSM, Service Catalog, and knowledge management workflows.
• Hands-on experience with REST or SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and data transforms.
• Familiarity with ITOM capabilities like Event Management and Service Mapping is preferred.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow platform enhancements across applications and integrations.
• Implement and support ITOM, CMDB improvements, and operational health views.
• Build workflow automation with Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, and scripts.
• Develop and enhance Service Catalog and portal experiences for better intake and fulfillment.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical designs meeting security and maintainability standards.
• Provide testing, reviews, and deployment planning across environments.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical docs and runbooks.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with admins for best practices.
