Oblytech is seeking a mid-level ServiceNow Developer to design and implement solutions that align with business goals, covering the full development life cycle from requirements gathering to deployment, with a focus on automating IT services and enhancing user experience through modern platform capabilities.

The role involves platform development, workflow automation, scripting, system integrations, and maintenance/upgrades across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and CMDB to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

3–8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
CSA certification (Mandatory).
CAD certification.
CIS certification.

Responsibilities

Platform Development: Design, configure, and customize core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, CMDB).
Workflow Automation: Build and manage complex workflows using Flow Designer and Business Rules.
Custom Scripting: Write maintainable JavaScript code using Glide APIs for Client Scripts and UI actions.
System Integrations: Implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
Maintenance & Upgrades: Support platform upgrades, patching, and cloning across environments.
