Job summary

Presidio is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and support scalable enhancements on a domain-separated ServiceNow instance. You will translate business needs into reliable technical solutions and partner with platform admins, architects, and delivery teams to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

The role requires 3–5 years of ServiceNow development, server-side and client-side scripting, REST/SOAP integrations, Flow Designer, and strong documentation. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration and administration.
• Strong knowledge of server-side and client-side scripting, Glide APIs, and notifications.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, and Service Catalog capabilities.
• Experience with REST or SOAP integrations and integrations troubleshooting.
• ServiceNow CSA certification preferred; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow enhancements across applications, workflows, forms, and integrations.
• Implement ITOM capabilities and CMDB improvements for operational health and service mapping.
• Build and maintain workflow automation using Flow Designer and Workflow Studio.
• Develop catalogs, portals, and user experiences that improve intake and fulfillment.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and maintain documentation.
• Provide testing, peer reviews, release readiness, and post-deployment validation.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with admins and architects to uphold standards.
