Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to manage and maintain the ServiceNow environment in Honolulu. You will handle upgrades, user provisioning, reporting, access controls and incident resolution to keep the platform aligned with agency needs.

Responsibilities include Tier 1 incident support, collaboration with stakeholders, dashboards and reports, and troubleshooting complex issues including integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of IT, systems admin or related experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; other certifications optional.

Responsibilities

• Tier 1 support of ServiceNow platform incidents and initial troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address system problems.
• Serve as back-up to respond to user requests for system needs and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot integration issues (system/service accounts, APIs, user management certs).
• Manage dashboards and reports to provide insights on platform usage, licenses, and performance.
• Support data-driven decision making.
