Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to manage and optimize the ServiceNow environment. You will handle upgrades, user provisioning, reporting, and issue resolution while maintaining strict access controls and security.

The role requires CSA certification and 4–6 years in IT or ITSM, with strong scripting skills in JavaScript/HTML/CSS and experience in dashboard development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in IT, systems administration or related field.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is required; other certifications are optional.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including upgrades, user provisioning, reporting, and problem resolution.
• Control access and user permissions.
• Provide Tier 1 support for incidents and troubleshoot issues with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address system problems.
• Respond to user requests for system needs and upgrades; handle complex requests.
• Troubleshoot integration issues (API, system/service accounts, certs).
• Develop and manage dashboards and reports to monitor usage, licenses, and performance.
• Support data-driven decision making.
