Responsibilities

• Tier 1 support of ServiceNow Incidents and initial troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address system problems.
• Back up to respond to user requests for system needs and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot integration issues (APIs, system accounts, certs).
• Manage dashboards and reports to provide insights on usage and performance.
• Support data-driven decision making.
