Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to manage and maintain the ServiceNow environment, perform upgrades, provisioning, reporting, and access-control management. You will work with stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance platform performance.

The role includes Tier 1 incident support, dashboard/report management, ITSM alignment, and collaboration across teams. A CSA certification and 4–6 years IT experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in information technology or ITSM.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.

Responsibilities

• Tier 1 support of ServiceNow incidents and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address system problems.
• Back up to respond to user requests for system needs/upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot integration issues (accounts, APIs, User Management Certs).
• Manage dashboards and reports to provide usage, license, and performance insights.
• Support data-driven decision making.
