Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring performance and alignment with organizational needs.

You will handle upgrades, user provisioning, reporting, access controls, incidents, dashboards, and data-driven insights, collaborating with stakeholders and providing Tier 1 support.

This role requires CSA certification, 4–6 years IT experience, and strong scripting (JavaScript/HTML/CSS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of IT, systems administration or related experience.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is required; other certs optional.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for ServiceNow incidents and troubleshoot.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address system problems.
• Back up to respond to user requests for system needs/upgrades.
• Troubleshoot complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot integration issues (API, user management, certs).
• Manage dashboards and reports for insights into usage and performance.
• Support data-driven decision making.
