Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to manage and optimize the ServiceNow environment, including upgrades, user provisioning, reporting, and access controls to meet organizational needs.

You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to resolve incidents, build dashboards, and support data-driven decisions, while maintaining security and compliance. A CSA certification and 4–6 years of IT experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4–6 years of IT/IT systems administration experience.
• ServiceNow CSA certification required; other certifications optional.

Responsibilities

• Tier 1 support of ServiceNow incidents and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address system problems.
• Back up to respond to user requests for upgrades or complex requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot integration issues (APIs, service accounts, certs).
• Manage dashboards and reports to monitor usage, licenses, and performance.
• Support data-driven decision making.
