Job summary

ASM Research in New Jersey is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to manage and optimize the ServiceNow environment, including upgrades, user provisioning, reporting, and access controls to align with organizational needs.

You will provide Tier 1 incident support, collaborate with stakeholders, manage dashboards and reports for platform usage and licensing, and back up complex requests. A CSA certification and 4–6 years IT experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• CSA certification required; other certifications optional.
• 4–6 years IT/Systems Admin experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow administration and development.

Responsibilities

• Tier 1 support of ServiceNow incidents and initial troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address system problems.
• Back up to respond to user requests for system needs and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot integration issues (API’s, accounts, Certs).
• Manage dashboards and reports to provide insights into usage and licensing.
• Support data-driven decision making.
