Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Tier 1 support for ServiceNow incidents and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address system problems and requests.
• Back up to respond to user requests for system needs and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot integration issues (APIs, system accounts, certs, etc.).
• Manage dashboards and reports to provide insights on usage and performance.
• Support data‑driven decision making.
