Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation programs across AI-powered platforms. You will shepherd client engagements, steer multi-disciplinary teams, and drive innovation through Now Assist, Moveworks, and AI governance frameworks.

You’ll partner with EY’s AI & D team to deliver end-to-end strategies addressing complex business challenges and opportunities for growth, while working in a hybrid client-facing role across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, 2-5 years of ServiceNow experience and 1 year implementing NOW Assist.
• Experience with Moveworks platform in selling and/or implementing.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• Excellent soft skills including executive communication and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams and guide AI-driven transformation across UX, workflows, and governance.
• Manage client engagements, lead workstreams from planning to closure, travel as needed.
• Provide direction to multi-disciplinary teams and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Support pre-sales efforts including proposals and estimates.
• Develop and deploy AI-native solutions in collaboration with EY AI & D team.
